Children are our future – which is why WaySeven Technologies is proud to launch our very own little School of Programming!
Guided by our programming mentor and senior software engineer Vladimir Marinkovic, a group of four children (ages 10 to 13) has begun their journey into the world of computers.
The school kicked off a week ago, and by now the kids have covered the basics of understanding hardware and software – including a crash course on how those two combine to make a computer what it is. This week, the focus has shifted on the basics of Python, which will be the main subject of the school until its’ end.
Vladimir isn’t alone in this endeavour – his lovely assistant is Miloš Ponjavušić, who has previous teaching experience at RoboKids.
The school is planned to last until the end of August. In the meantime, the kids will learn Python, hear presentations on IT career choices by our gust speakers and execute a project of their own.
